Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation we do require a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% paid prior or on your arrival day.
All bookings made will receive a booking form that we require to be completed, signed and returned to confirm any booking. This form that includes our terms and conditions plus general information.
We will need to take a photo-copy of your passport or ID book when you check-in and complete a registration form. Please also bring the credit card that you made the deposit with and, if different or if paying by cash, a valid credit card that can be used for registration.
Cancellation Policy & Booking Conditions
Cancel less than 24 hours prior to arrival or during stay forfeit full payment due
Cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival forfeit full deposit
Cancel between 72 hours to 21 days prior to arrival date forfeit 50% of deposit
Cancel 21 to 28 days prior to arrival date forfeit 25% of deposit
Cancel at all other times forfeit 10% of deposit
