Aloha means “Hello, Welcome, goodbye, I love you and a plethora of other things depending on the tone of voice.” “Aloha” is one of the many words in the Hawaiian language that conveys strong emotional feelings – simply put in the English language it means “love”. To Hawaiians the “Ohana” or “family” is the center of all relationships. Through this bond any member of the family could expect warmth and support through “Aloha”. That’s what we’re all about.

Roy & Mandy Stevens, owners of Aloha, were married on the 1st June 1974, and were blessed with 3 beautiful children over the next 8 years of marriage. They have been blessed with 6 wonderful grandchildren.

Roy is a Pastor by profession while Mandy has served as a professional nurse. So our business has always been caring for people. Your stay here will be like being at home away from home.

Aloha B & B/Self Catering is within walking distance from the SPUR restaurant (100 metres), 1 km away from a Chinese restaurant, 3 coffee shops, 2 Take-away food places (Chinese & Pizzeria), a SPAR that seves awesome meals at a very reasonable cost, and an all night BP Select shop. The beach is just 3 km's away, Shopping centres are less than 3 km's away, the Casino about 4 km's, Joan Harrison public swimming pools about 600 metres, we're about 3 km's from the museum, the hospitals, the Astro turf hockey fields, Philip Kahts Softball Stadium, 5 km's from the zoo, the aquarium and 500 metres away from the Medi-cross and about 2.5 kilometres away from East London Golf course, 3 km's from the ABSA stadium and Buffalo Park. In other words, we are very centrally situated, a real advantage.

We have secure parking on the premises with remote controlled gates. Each unit has DStv (Hotel package).
