Our aim is to provide accommodation to our guests that will make them feel as if it is even better than home. We can accommodate four individuals or families with up to five members (Mom and Dad sharing). We provide a private flat, fully equipped, with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, a full bathroom and a dedicated under roof parking. A private balcony from the lounge provides a view over the garden, with a braai, and swimming pool and lapa.
Closely to 1 km from the N1, Anja’s Place offers a convenient one-stop service:
* Hospital within 2km – no season. The doctors are here. The guests (mostly patient's family) are booking in from all over the country. To guests that need to be anywhere in and around Pretoria. It is already proofed that seasons do not play any role at Anja's Place, Montana Tuine. The reasons for this are:
* Maternity hospital within 2km – no season.
* Sport events within vicinity at:
* Roodeplaat dam
* Bonaccord dam
* Cycling events ( events between Pretoria and Rustenburg)
* Ice Rink events (only ice rink in Pretoria is less than 1km from Anja’s Place).
* People from the country stay to do shopping. WE HAVEN’T GOT THE SEA, THE WILD, THE DESERT OR THE MOUNTAINS. WE HAVE THE SHOPS.
* People from the country stay over to do all kinds of business. One regular guest books in from the country to service her BMW, and bring her family along to share in all sorts of privileges the city provides.
* Onderstepoort – study and Courses.
* Brainline distance education - exams and Courses.
* Families book in to visit families.
* Temporary work – quests doing business trips and looking for the most convenient place
to stay.
* A lady from the Free State made Anja’s Place her overnight Quarters while dealing with
business at Rosslyn.
* Wonderboom Airport is within the same vicinity – no season is involved.
* Country wide guests booked in for all sorts of occasions at Die Grasdak. (weddings etc)
* People book in at any time for holiday. One particular regular guest leaves the sea from time to time and book in for holiday.
* We have even got guests that live 20km away that stay over due to late night event in near vicinity.
* As we are only 1km from the N1, it is a convenient stay-over for travellers to and from the North.
