The area of Wilderness is a palet in shades of green from different types of palms, trees, aloes; blues of the ocean, lagoon, rivers and lakes. An abondance of colourful flowers makes you feel happy. At viewpoints it's a feast to look down at the dolphins and whales in the ocean. You also will enjoy the views on the landscape, the beautiful situated houses, forest and hills. On the beach you can stroll and walk for hours, to enjoy in the evenings one of the lovely restaurants in the picturesque Wilderness village. Driving into the country you will see the farms and green hillside, and again the beautiful view on the ocean.

Wilderness offers nature, beaches, lovely village, nice restaurants and a few little shops. Every Friday evening arts & craft market at Milkwoodvillage, an adorable little square.

In 15 minutes you drive to George with a shopping mall and many many shops. Within an hour driving you'll find Oudtshoorn, famous because of the ostrich farms. The Gardenroute area entertains you during your entire holiday!
