Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 73 hours or less before arrival will result in full accountability of at least one night’s accommodation.
Cancellation 0 – 14 days before date of arrival forfeits 100 % of amount paid
Cancellation 14 days or more before date of arrival will be charge a 10% booking fee if we have to refund
Cancellation 14 days or more before date of arrival
Should you not cancel and not arrive you will be held responsible for the full settlement of your account as this is extremely rude and in breach of an agreement.
Should the parties that arrive be smaller than your reservation, you will still be held accountable for the original number of persons booked.
Should you leave prior to your reserved departure date, you will still be held accountable for at least one additional night’s accommodation.
Should you check out after 5 minutes or you not satisfied with your rooms please note NO REFUND
