Atforest Guest House

The suburb of Oranjezicht lies between Table Mountain and the CBD (central city of Cape Town).

Although close by, less than three kilometres to the centre, it is very quiet and suburban with a lovely view of the city and the sea. There are many many restaurants and bars half way down to the city - some within easy walking distance.
Oranjezicht is also much safer than the downtown Cape Town at night and one can go for lovely walks in the neighbourhood.

It is advisable to have a car to be ten minutes away from the waterfront, beaches and all the other places of interest like the cable car to rise 1000m above the city within minutes and on a clear day to see Robben Island and Blouberg, 25km away. To the north east there is a beautiful view of the mountains of the Boland and the Winelands and to the south False Bay, 35 km away.
