Avanti Guest House

Avanti is a few metres off Saunders Rocks. If you wonder along the promenade ou will walk through Sea Point, Three Anchor bay, Moillie Point & Green Point before reaching the V&A Waterfront(45 Minutes).

If you walk the opposite way you will pass through Bantry Bay towards the famous Clifton beaches(Approx. 20 minutes) Proceed through Clifton to Camps Bay with its beach, its pavement cafes, bars, bistros & fashionable restaurants.

Driving Directions:

From airport.

From the airport take N2(City). At end of the motorway you will find the International Conference Centre on your left. Turn right at second traffic light on to the M6 Western Boulevard, signposted Sea Point. The Western Boulevard becomes Beach Road shortly after passing the new sport staduim on your right. Follow Beach Rd. to its end & turn left into Queens Rd.

Immediately after crossing the next circle, turn right on to Victoria
Rd.(Still the M6) Avanti is in Seaclife Road, the third road to the right.

From N1

Follow the N1(city) signs & you will arrive at the same end of the freeway at the International Conference Centre & hotel. Turn right on to the M6 Western Boulevard & follow the same instructions as above for Airport.
If you are coming from the Camps Bay/Clifton side look our for the small sign that says Bantry Bay.
Shortly after that you will pass the Ambassador Hotel & Seacliffe Road is the first turn to the left after the hotel.
