Bradclin Sport, Newlands is situated in a modern, secure complex within walking distance of Newlands Rugby and the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. It is also close to the University of Cape Town (UCT), Vincent Pallotti Hospital, Cavendish Shopping Centre, Newlands Cricket Ground, SACS School, and Montebello Art & Craft Centre.

This Ground Floor, one bedroomed, open plan unit is sunny and light with a private garden that has stunning mountain views. Look out onto the mountain from the comfort of your bed!
