Buffelsdrift Game Lodge is situated in a Malaria Free area only 6.5 km from Oudtshoorn on route to the famous Cango Caves. The entrance to the Lodge is on the main road and no terrible dirt roads to travel.

All our facilities like the luxury tented, air-conditioned, en –suite accommodation, restaurant, wedding chapel & conference center are situated only 200metres from the entrance and overlook our 5ha waterhole filled with hippos. Our conference facilities are ideal for corporate getaways, team building “bosberaad” or just to do something else for your year end functions.

Other animals on view during our bush safaris (game drives) are buffalo, rhino, giraffe and many more (20) species. Also on offer is our Horse back Safaris and Elephant Experiences.(Feeding and walking)

We have a Wedding Chapel situated on our 5ha dam and also do special Elephants wedding where our guests have the opportunity to have our famous Elephants as their guest of honor and seeing the hippos in the background.

Day visitors are welcome to our ale Carte restaurant (all meals) and participate in our activities. No entrance fee charged. Therefore in the event that you use another accommodation facility, you are still welcome to book your client’s to use our restaurant and to participate in our activities.
