Cape Coast Views is centrally located in the trendy Green Point area. It is in walking distance from most attractions such as bars, café’s, shopping areas, beaches and museums. The new Green Point stadium is a 5-minute walk away.

There is a solar heated, salt-water splash pool. Free wireless Internet on request. Secure off-street parking for two cars on request. All local TV channels including M-Net are included; DSTV (digital satellite television) channels are available on request.

The guesthouse has views across Table Bay to the Hottentots Holland Mountains. It is nestled just below Signal Hill.

The B and B rooms are spacious with large bathrooms. Suite ONE has a queen-sized bed and Suite TWO has a double bed. The bathrooms have separate bath and shower facilities and are en-suite to the rooms.

Suite ONE has it’s own patio with a four-seater al fresco dining area, overlooking Green Point Park and Table Bay. Watch the ships come in or enjoy the view of the setting sun with a glass of wine on the upper patio.

There is also a self-catering unit with a lounge-come-dining area that flows onto a patio. The kitchen comes with dinette, microwave, stove, oven and washing machine. Large walk-in wardrobe stores extras such as a clothing iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. A Weber BBQ, out-door furniture and out-door umbrella are available to relax on the lower patio.

Cape Coast Views is managed by husband and wife team Patrick and Karen. There are only three units making this a home away from home. Patrick and Karen have nearly a decade in the business and their focus is on home comforts and eco friendly accommodation.
