Description

The Carmel View apartment offers spectacular pier and sea views, conveniently positioned across the road from a quiet beach and the pier, with Margate’s main beach a short scenic 800 m walk away. Guests have easy access to the beach, rock pools, shops and restaurants.

The apartment accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a ceiling fan and is en-suite. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds, and ceiling fans and share a shower and toilet. Duvets, fitted sheets, pillows and mattress covers are supplied. Please bring own sheets and towels.

The living room is furnished with comfortable couches and a television with DStv access, it opens onto the balcony where superb views of the sea and fishing pier and a cool ocean breeze can be enjoyed. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a fisherman’s freezer, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave oven, and 2-plate gas stove. DStv is available on request. The balcony has a built-in braai and stacked doors to close off or leave open depending on the weather. Dining can take place in the open-plan living room or on the balcony, both areas are equipped with a table and chairs.

Centrally located in Margate, this safe complex has an electronic gate and an electric fence. There is undercover parking for 2 vehicles and a trailer. The Margate Coach and Airport shuttle service stop next to the Carmel entrance daily.
