Cosy Cabins provide ideal holiday accommodation for small families with with two one bedroomed log cabins situated in a pretty garden with sea views on the inland side of the main road in Southport.

CC1 which has direct access from its own garden has a double bed in the bedroom plus a sleeper couch in the open plan living area. The bathroom has a bath with telephone shower. This unit is suitable for a couple or a family with a maximum of 1 teenager or up to 2 smaller children.

Set above ground, CC2 which has beautiful sea views from the deck sleeps 5, with 2 single beds in the bedroom and one single bed and 2 bunks in the living area. It has a shower in the bathroom.

Both units are fully equipped with TV,(commercial bouquet DSTV supplied) stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Bed linen is provided. The garden is fully fenced and gated and an alarm system is installed in each unit. Each unit has its own braai. Please bring your own towels, toiletries, and provisions.

This is a very peaceful area for nature lovers with wonderful birdlife. Monkeys frequently come into the garden to steal from our fruit trees. Cosy Cabins are pet friendly on request.

We are approximately 1,5km from the popular Southport beach – ideal for swimming, surfing, sunbathing or fishing, and there are restaurants and shops close by.

Port Shepstone is a mere 10km away where there are a variety of shops, restaurants and take-aways, and there are many natural attractions close by if you enjoy sight seeing, walking or bird watching. For the adventurous- there’s abseiling, wild swing, shark diving, scuba diving, snorkeling, whale and dolphin watching, 4 x 4 trails etc.etc. – Or you could follow a craft trail or visit one of the museums or art galleries.
There are a wealth of superb golf courses available - 10 within a 50km radius of Southport - the closest being at Port Shepstone Country Club, which also offers other sporting facilities to guests.

Cosy Cabins are away from the hustle and bustle, but within easy reach of all South Coast attractions (Shelly Beach, Margate, Wild Coast, Oribi Gorge etc) and just off the major Cape Town to Durban routes. We look forward to welcoming you to “The Paradise of the Zulu Kingdom”
