The Flat sleeps 4 people and an additional 2 persons, by written agreement on a sleeper couch.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a bath, toilet, and basin en-suite. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and the 2nd bathroom has a large shower, toilet and basin. The "beachy" decorated lounge opens onto a spacious garden patio with breathtaking seaviews.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with electric/gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, electric frying pan, TV and DStv decoder (bring your own smartcard). For your convenience, Die seeskulp has a small outside braai, table and outside chairs, for use on the outside front patio.

The complex has braai facilities in the tropical garden overlooking the swimming pool and ocean. One spacious safe undercover parking bay for one vehicle and a trailer is available. The flat is not serviced and no domestic aid off the street is permitted on the premises.

The beach is a favourite with swimmers, snorkeling enthusiasts, walkers, joggers, rock and surf anglers and sea shell collectors.
