	Single, sharing and child prices are per person, per night.

*Rates include parking (VAT N/A), but exclude meals, daily servicing & refundable Damage/Security Deposit (approximately 1 night's stay) payable together with the rental balance on checking in.
The promotional low daily rates listed herein, include for 2 adults & 2 children under 13 or 1 extra adult, thereafter a surcharge applies on the daily rate. (Surch. per extra adult = +20%, per extra child = +10%)
They apply for a stay of minimum 5 nights. Shorter stays are subject to a surcharge on the daily rate. (Surch. for only 4 nights = +10%, 3 nights = +20%, 2 nights = +30%, 1 night = +40%)
If we provide a quote in response to an enquiry from you, we include all the above surcharges in our quote.

Taxes and Extras

A small nominal refundable security deposit equivalent to 1 day's rent or depending on circumstances, is payable on or before checking in, preferably by credit card "pre-authorisation" (or in cash only as last resort), refundable subject to damages, shortpayment, etc. If in cash, refunded into your account after checkout from 1st weekday after apartment cleaning & establishing cost of any damage/loss etc.

Cancellation Policy

In event of client cancelling, shortening or shifting at any time before or during the stay for any reason, refund amount is dependent on extent of income from subletting on client's behalf (shortfall at client's cost), and subject to deduction of R200 administration fee per sublet check-in.
Client is deemed to have viewed & approved of apartment before making the booking. Minor defects are to be rectified by lessor and are no grounds for cancellation of booking.
