Description
Downstairs @ the Beachfront is a charming self-catering apartment located on the host’s property, situated in Stilbaai East. The property is ideally located just 60m from the beach, which is safe for guests to go swimming, surfing, fishing and for long scenic walks. You can access the beautiful sandy beach by the path over the dune in front of the house.
This pet-friendly apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen and open-plan living area. It is best suited for 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 1 queen-size bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, basin, and a toilet, and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. There is also a guest bathroom with a toilet and basin.
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a 2-plate gas stove, an oven and microwave, and other kitchen utensils to use. The adjacent living area has sofas to relax on and a dining table and chairs, and leads out to the patio which boasts an outside table, 2 sunbeds, and a portable braai.
Small to medium-sized, well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. In addition, the property is within close proximity to various walking and hiking trails, the river mouth and a few minutes drive to the town centre, which has a number of restaurants and shops to visit.
