We came here "on spec". We needn't have worried, as from the moment we arrived we were mesmirised by Eikendal. The staff (all of them)were hugely welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout. No request was to much trouble. The beauty and tranquility of the place was spellbinding. We are so pleased we came. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay.
