Description
Erinvale Country and Golf Estate Villa SA is a beautiful self-catering holiday home located on the renowned Gary Player-designed Erinvale Golf Course in the heart of Somerset West. It spoils with beautiful views of the Hottentots Holland mountain range and features a private swimming pool for those hot summer days.
This double-storey villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed; however, only the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom makes use of the third bathroom which also has a shower.
The bright and airy living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a Nespresso machine and modern fryer. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating and a fireplace. There is a second lounge with a flat-screen TV which has a full selection of DStv channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Outside, at the rear, is a sunroom / patio with gas braai, an outdoor dining table and comfy seating. At the front and north facing is a patio with sun loungers and a sparkling swimming pool where guests can cool off. Braai facilities and secure parking are available on the property. A golf cart is also available that guests may use on the course. Guests have full access to the estate’s communal tennis courts, play parks, clubhouse, coffee shop and restaurant.
Additionally, there is a hotel and spa within a few metres from the home, providing an oppurtunity for guests to fully relax. For those wanting to explore, there are lovely walking trails on the estate and the Helderberg Nature Reserve is situated right next to the estate. Renowned farms Lourensford, Vergelegen and Morgenster are within walking distance.
