We are centrally located in Morningside, just off bustling Florida Rd, Durban, Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa. The Windermere Shopping Centre is within easy walking distance and there are restaurants and take away establishments even closer. For those looking for some relaxation or the sports fanatics, the beach, golf courses and sports stadiums are all within a 5 minute drive!

Erlesmere Lodge consists of two buildings: Erlesmere, the main building, is an elegant Edwardian style double storey divided into two spacious maisonettes. The second building, The Palm Court, is a more modern double storey.

THE PALM COURT

The Palm Court has two double en suite bedrooms upstairs sharing an open plan lounge/kitchenette downstairs. These rooms are individually let and are therefore ideal for couples and business people not requiring an entire unit to themselves. Each room opens onto a balcony overlooking a palm shaded courtyard. DSTV and air-conditioning in both rooms.

ERLESMERE

The ground floor is a maisonette with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (main-en-suite), large lounge and dining room and a well appointed kitchen as well as a wrap around balcony. Satellite TV in the lounge and main bedroom. The main bedroom is air-conditioned. This unit also has separate street access (pedestrian). Erlesmere Lower is available only as a complete unit.

The upper floor offers 1 en suite double room (shower, toilet & basin) and 1 double room with a shared separate bathroom. There is a large comfortable communal lounge/dining room area and fully equipped spacious kitchen. A wrap-around balcony provides the opportunity to enjoy the balmy Durban evenings. Flat screen DSTV(Satellite)TV in the lounge and all three bedrooms. Both double rooms are air-conditioned. The Upper Maisonette is also available as a complete unit.
