Cancellation Policy

• We require a 50 percent deposit to secure a booking. This is charged on the day on which the reservation is made and is refundable if we are notified of a cancellation well in advance.
• The full deposit minus bank costs is refundable if a confirmed booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the date of arrival.
• If a confirmed booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the arrival date, 50 percent of all nights booked will be charged.
• If a confirmed booking is cancelled 2 to 3 days before the arrival date, 75 persent of all nights will be charged.
• In case of a no-show or if a confirmed booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before the arrival date, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
