Harkerville Forest Lodge is situated on the "Golden Mile" of the GARDEN ROUTE, within the boundaries of SanParks, 13 km from Plettenberg Bay, and 20km from Knysna.

We offer the following accommodation:

A lovely, furnished, fully equipped kitchen, two bedroom chalet (sleeps 5) with an outdoor deck and barbeque facilities, situated in a tranquil forest setting. Serviced daily.

Two fully furnished self-catering cabins are built on our southern boundary with SanParks. They consist of a double bed and two single beds, full bathroom, TV, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Electric Frying Pan, Toaster. Serviced Daily.

Three Cabins each with private deck, two single beds, shower, tv, fridge/freezer, kettle. NO kitchen. On B&B basis. Serviced daily.

In our Guest House we offer three double rooms, en-suite, rooms serviced daily, with exclusive private entrances, barbeque facilities and secure on site parking.
We also have one twin room and one triple room, mainly for kids.

In our Bunk House we offer four, five, six and ten-bed dormitories, leading off a central barbeque and dining area. This is an ideal facility for large groups from where they can explore The Garden Route. The Bunk House has access to separate male and female ablution facilities with hot and cold showers.

We also offer 18 campsites with communal ablution facilities, on grass, all with electricity.

A restaurant, Akkedis, is available for breakfasts and dinners on advance bookings only.

A perfect launching point for hiking trails in the area.

Bushbuck and Knysna Loeries are common sightings from the deck while enjoying your BBQ.
