CHILDREN'S POLICY:
Children under the age of 18 (max 2 children per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis if sharing with one or two adults. Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate.
EXTRAS:
* Game Drive @ R 265.00 during 2009 & R 280.00 during 2010
* Braais every Wednesday & Saturday evening
* Bush braais on alternative nights - min of 20 people
* If numbers drop, the full amount for 20 people will be charged
* Children under the age of 12 years, accompanied by and adult, qualify for a
complimentary game drive, but are still required to pay the R 20.00 entrance
fee into the park.

* All cancellations should be given in writing.
* More that 60 days prior to the arrival at the hotel, cancellation of amendment of tour.
* 45 - 60 days prior to the arrival at the hotel, 10% of rooms in holding without any
cancellation fee. If more than 10% of rooms are canceled, a charge equivalent to the
full accommodation portion for the full period of stay.
* Less than 45 days, a full cancellation fee will be charged, this will be reduced if
canceled rooms are sold by the hotel.
