Loodswaai Game Ranch is the Erichsen Family owned, game ranch. Come and enjoy a unique African Experience on the 3150ha Game Ranch, 60km North East of Pretoria, you can enjoy the malaria free moderate climate. There is an airstrip for small aircraft, GPS co-ordinates - East 28°, 37 minutes and 21 seconds South 25°, 17 minutes and 26 seconds
The farm has an abundant Bird life as well as a unique landscape.

Please note that Loodswaai is not wheelchair friendly and has no restaurant. Game viewing – Self drive in your own 4x4 vehicle or a two hour guided game drive Hunting - can be arranged. Loodswaai has its own hunting rules. A wide variety of species are available for trophy hunting. Slaughter and cooling facilities are available.
Bird watching - A bird watcher’s paradise with a wide variety of species.
Walking/Hiking in The “Jagkamp” – which has no Buffalo or Rhino, so walking without a guide is permitted there, allowing you to set your own pace. Photographing of wildlife - Wild life can be photographed at close range. Veld & Trees - a wide variety can be found on the farm, some of which have already been identified. Chapel - We have a small chapel just outside the gate of the main lodge. Thatched, open plan, as in - no windows or doors.

The Lodge - A sparkling diamond of indulgence! Guests who want to experience the African bush, without sacrificing their creature comforts, should stay in the lodge. The cool thatched complex offers four spacious double en-suite rooms (6 x single beds 1 x double bed). Two large lounges are situated on either side of the kitchen.
During rare cold spells in winter, the ample fireplaces warm both lounges.
The traditional South African "braai-vleis" can be held, in the more than adequate lapa at the Lodge After the day's safari, a filtered swimming pool affords welcome relief. At twilight, guests can enjoy a sun downer, while the animals quench their thirst a few meters away

Dam Chalet - The Dam Chalet sits snugly on the edge of a large dam. It is self-catering for up to six people. Gas appliances ensure that guests still have a pleasant stay. The Dam Chalet provides intimate, romantic accommodation for those who want to experience the African bush from a different angle. Loodswaai is a bird watcher's paradise. Meals can either be prepared in the Dam Chalet's kitchen, or in the braai area. The complex has two bedrooms, a toilet, bathroom and a large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room
