Main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bath, toilet, and basin en-suite. Second bedroom has two single beds (can be converted into king-sized bed) the second bathroom a large shower, toilet,basin. Lounge opens onto
balcony with breathtaking breaker and sea views.

Flat is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, separate chest freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, electric frying pan, lap trays, wine rack, icebox ,webber braai and 32 inch flat colour TV and DStv decoder with clear Sabc 1,2,3, and E-tv. We recommended that you bring your own DStv decoder + card to cater for individual needs.

The complex has social communal braai facilities in a large tropical garden overlooking the swimming pool and ocean. One spacious safe marked undercover parking bay for 1 vehicle is provided. Additional open parking is available in the complex. FLAT IS NOT SERVICED.
