*Price quoted is self catering. Rates for 6 people is R 2100.00 per night sharing and up to R3500.00/night for the unit for 10 people sharing.

Taxes and Extras

Should you require the villa to be serviced an additional charge of R60.00 per day payable directly to the maid service. 50% deposit by bank transfer to confirm booking & balance on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 0 – 14 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid )
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)
Cancellation 29 + days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)
On receipt of written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details Misty Peaks will refund the applicable amount, within 3 working days.
