Although based in Bloemfontein, South Africa, Namib's owners, Willie and Helene originally lived in Namibia and still travel there as often as possible. They brought with them many memories, stories and years of experience. Each room has attempted to capture a feeling of Africa and, obviously, a touch of the Namib, which is the nickname for Namibia/South West Africa. With so many guests returning time after time, there is definitely something unique about Namib Guest Rooms.

Namib is an affordable alternative to a hotel or lodge and has a homely atmosphere but still offers privacy and comfort for all guests. Units have own bathrooms, mostly en-suite, semi-self catering, TV's with SABC 1,2,3, e and MNet. DSTV on request.

Located in the suburb of Universitas, makes Namib Guest Rooms an option for guests needing quick access to all that Bloemfontein has to offer. All stadiums, theaters, hospitals and malls are within a few minutes drive. With enough accommodation for up to 21 people, we are able to accommodate medium-sized groups and teams, or several families. Units are immaculate and tastefully decorated, most with private entrance, garden and BBQ (braai) facilities. All units are partly self-catering with one larger unit offering a full kitchenette. Family, single, double or group accommodation is possible.
