We charge a non refundable admin fee of R400 and a refundable breakages deposit of R300 on each unit.

*Strictly No Rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by two adults.
* As we are a Holiday Rental Agency, a non-refundable Admin Fee of R400 is charged per unit on each and every reservation.
* A refundable Breakages Deposit of R300 is charged and the onus is on the guest to claim this back on the claim form provided with your pre-arrival information.
* All bookings must be fully paid in advance no less than one (1) week prior to occupation. 50% of the total rental amount is to be paid upon reservation, the balance to be paid directly to Zest Holidays one week prior to arrival. If the booking is made within one week of your arrival then the full amount is due at the time of booking.
* In the event of a cancellation, your deposit less our admin fee of R400 will only be refunded if another reservation is made by other guests for the same period.
* No extra guests allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment. If extra guests are found in the unit, eviction will take place.
* No smoking allowed inside units.
* Strictly No pets allowed – eviction will take place if guests arrive with pets of any kind as this is in contravention of our Body Corporate rules.
* The volume of music and noise is to be kept to a reasonable level at all times. None of our accommodation is suitable for guests who intend playing loud music, playing boisterous and noisy games or holding parties of any sort. If a disturbance is caused that leads to guests and permanent tenants complaining, the Lessee may be evicted and will forfeit the rental paid.

Children are to be supervised at the pool area.
In complexes where there is a pool, the pool cleaner may not to be removed by guests.

The servicing maid’s duties do not include washing of dishes.
Dishes are to be washed and put away before departure at the end of your stay. If you do not manage to do this, an amount of R50 will be deducted from your breakages deposit.
The Lessee accepts full liability for loss or damage to the apartment and its entire contents. There is no insurance cover if theft occurs without forcible and violent entry to the accommodation.
Automatic gates must close fully behind you when entering or exiting the complex.
The Lessee accepts responsibility for the 2 sets of keys and remotes handed to him/ her on arrival – both sets to be handed back personally to the supervisor or servicing maid.
Time of arrival – strictly after 2 pm. Time of departure – strictly before 10 am - unless a prior arrangement has been made with Zest Holidays. (We are fairly relaxed about this when there are no other guests leaving/arriving on the same day.)
