Normann Safari Bush Lodge and vacation house is located in the lovely bush, only 1.5 km from Kruger National Park as the bird flies, and yet near to the town of Phalaborwa. The Kruger National park entrance and the Hans Merensky Golf Estate can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car. Phalaborwa has restaurants, malls, post offices, banks, hospital, airport etc.

Accommodation in 6 twin rooms, and a family unit, chalet with 2 twin rooms sharing bathroom, all rooms at our bush lodge is on bed and breakfast basis. Some rooms are in chalets with thatched roof, while others are in the main farmhouse with its corrugated iron roof. Around the rooms there is a little garden surrounding a tempting blue swimming pool, and The Boma, where the full breakfast (for our bush lodge guests) is served, available from 06:00 - 09:00.

Especially at sunset and in the evening, the sounds of the bush and the sight of the beautiful South African stars can be enjoyed in the sundowner pit.

In the reception we have a small curio shop, a tiny library, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and usually the best internet connection to our free WiFi, bush standard, so please download beforehand, we also offer free parking.

Furthermore Normann Safari offers accommodation in a vacation house that is fully equipped for self-catering, with its own swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, a playground with a swing and a sand pit, and carport for 2 vehicles. Accommodation in this house is based on self-catering only, WiFi is free of charge, but kindly note it's bush standard, streaming might not be possible, we recommend our guests to download from home.

Normann Safari Bush Lodge and vacation house offers a family orientated yet tranquil bushlife atmosphere, completely without traffic and street lights. Experience the bush right on your doorstep and enjoy a variety of birds, antelope and warthogs that can be spotted coming to drink at the waterhole just beyond the garden.
