Oribi Haven Guest Cottages is a 3 star maintained destination, just off the R72 between Port Alfred (15kms)and Kenton on Sea (9kms).
Oribi Haven is on Kasouga farm which is a unique country & beach getaway with 1500 ha's of grassland & seabush, complimented by a Holistic Beef Farm, A Natural Heritage Site for the hightest population of the Oribi Antelope in the Southern Hemisphere and with 5kms of unspoilt beach. Simply the Best. It is here, that families relax & enjoy a quiet existence & participate in wholesome activities, such as sandboarding, surfing, river & sea fishing, collecting mussels, oysters, walking, game viewing, birding watching, canoeing, swingball & so much more.
The 2 cottages and the farm house is set back about 2kms from the beach with stunning view of the sea, rollings hills & abundant game & plenty activities. Offering true country comfort complete with beach cottage casusal. Option of self catering and Bed and breakfast and serviced daily. Each cottage has a webber, portable braai, fully equipped kitchen, swingball, sandbaords. The canoe and paddle ski is down at the river for the 2 cottages to share.
Dairy cottage has 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom - lovely veranda under a huge fig tree - awesome view.
Guinea fowl cottage has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms - more spacious than Dairy cottage and slightly more private.
Our 4-legged friends in the form of bushbuck & duiker are also regular visitors to the cottages - and plenty of birds and Guinea fowls around.
Because of the animals & birds around the cottages - no pets are permitted
On request I can organize a farm/game drive ending with a sundowner on the beach.
