The stay was pleasant. The beds weren't that great but the facilities in the resort are nice. The food was decent.

I paid the full amount up front. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that no reservation was made for me. The lady behind the desk said she would make a plan and get me a room as she had received no booking from TravelGround. What if there were no rooms available, what then????

“Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.”
We arrived at Orion around 1pm, and had to wait till 2.30 for our rooms. Cleaning staff werestill preparing our rooms. We had the buffet lunch which was very affordable and value for money. Food was terrific and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was just as good!

Even though we only stayed the night I was very happy with what we received.I just feel it is a bit expensive in SA terms for what we received.(Room quite old, single beds)
