Paradise @ 9 Perissa Santorini is perched amongst the tree tops above the semi-private Perissa beach with spectacular views of Ballito's main beaches and the Dolphin Coast.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, desk and chair for remote working and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a basin. The main bedroom has stunning sea and beach views and direct access to the large main balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, desk and chair plus a private balcony with sea and beach views. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a basin. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The large main balcony featured an 8-seater dining table, Weber kettle braai and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, gas and electric stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table with direct access into a 3rd balcony amongst the tree tops that is a sheltered braai area with amazing sea views through the trees. The lounge features comfortable seating and a flat-screen smart TV. The light-filled sunroom is a second lounge with incredible ocean and coastline views. There is air-conditioning throughout the apartment.
Free fast and reliable Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment. DStv Premium is included and guests can also stream their favourite channels on the smart HDTV including Netflix, YouTube etc. Board games and a selection are provided.
