•We will refund 100% of the treatment cost if cancellation is done 7 days before treatment.
•We will refund 50% of the treatment cost if cancellation is done 24 hours to 168 hours before treatment.
•No refund will be given if treatment is cancelled within less than 24 hours of treatment.

Cancellation Policy

in excess of thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be levied. Any deposit received will be refunded of the suites cancelled.
Between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date, a ten (10)% cancellation fee will be levied, on the total value of the suites cancelled.
Between eight (8) and fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, a fifty (50)% cancellation fee will be levied, on the total value of the suites cancelled.
Within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, a one hundred (100) % cancellation fee will be levied, on the total value of the suites cancelled.
No refund will be given to guests leaving prior to booked departure dates, as this is considered a cancellation, which falls within the stipulated cancellation policy.
