Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – 12th January to 11th December
Cancellations must be received in writing.
30 - 60 days: 25% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
15 - 29 days: 50% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
0 - 14 days: 100% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
10% Handling Fee on all refunds charged
OYSTER FESTIVAL, EASTER WEEKEND AND DECEMBER-JANUARY HOLIDAY
90 – 120 days: 25% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
0 – 90 days: 100% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
Non arrivals are subject to the full hire fee
10% Handling Fee on all refunds charged
