Calitzdorp is situated in the heart of the Klein Karoo on Route 62, in vertile valley surrendoud by spectacular mountain ranges. In the valley, fruit, grape and ostrich farming dominates. The mountains play host to some of the most spectacular mountain passes in South Africa, i.e. Swartberg, Meiringspoort, Seweweekspoort, Rooiberge, Huysrivier, etc.

Parking can be accessed to the right of the Guest House.
