This up market home is situated in the secure Riverclub complex which is within walking distance of Central Beach and the Beacon Island shopping complex.

The kitchen is well equipped with good quality and extras like espresso machines, cutlery and crockery for 18 people, electric wok, mixers, etc. There is a separate scullery area and washing area. The kitchen has a river view and breakfast counter seating 4 people.

The dining room seats 10 people with river views.

The lounge is huge with lovely views and a fold up glass door to the verandah. It is equipped with DStv, video machine, DVD and all surround system.

The veranda has a table that seats 10 people and overlooks the river. It has a built in braai/BBQ area and a couch a Zen garden.

There are three bedrooms downstairs, one bedroom with queen bed and river views, a full bathroom en-suite and a door opening on the verandah, one room with a double bed and a room with two single beds.

There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

The main bedroom with king size bed and seating area is upstairs. It has TV, DVD and radio opening up on a private balcony with steamer chairs and a bench overlooking the river. An open plan bathroom compliments this lovely suite and has a separate WC.

There is also a games room and small office on the upstairs landing.
