Rooidam Farm Accommodation offers lovely self-catering holiday accommodation situated on a farm which is located 14 km outside of Modderrivier. This could be a great option for a large group wanting to experience an off-the-grid Karoo experience.

This property can accommodate up to 12 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The first bedroom has 2 bunk beds, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom is furnished with 4 single beds. There is also a double sleeper couch in the lounge. A bath and a shower are available in the bathroom.

The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast nook. Additionally, there is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a fireplace for those cold winter nights.

Outside there is a lovely boma space with a table and chairs as well as a firepit for guests to braai. This spot could be a great place to enjoy some quality time with friends and family while the fire is burning.
