There are splash pools at each chalet that are under used because they are not heated. A suggestion would be to upgrade these with heat pumps, to give guests the option of having a cold or hot pool.nAlso, certain foods on the menu were not available when requested. nOtherwise, enjoyed our stay and thank you to Pamela & Chris.

Ooh! we love this place. We were welocmed by Pamela and staff, and we meet Chris the next morning. What a wonderful people. As newly weds we stayed at the Moroccan Chalet, and we were welcome with a bottle of champagne. Me and my wife we definitely going back there.

We spent two evenings at Royale Marlothi and highly recommend it. The rooms are nice, owners and staff are friendly, food is very good and overall atmosphere is great. Very good value for the money. Definitely would return here next time and recommend to friends.

We were pleasantly surprised by the clean and spacious chalet, not to mention the romantic bath/shower. Self catering unit well equipped complete with DSTV and own private splashpool at the braai area. You also have a choice of eating at the restuarant. Food is excellent and enjoyed on a beautiful deck. Sundowners on the upper deck of the restuarant is a MUST! We had the opportunity of feeding wild animals just outside our chalet...awesome! Staff is extremely friendly. We enjoyed the afternoon game drive immensely and again the next morning. Next time we'll try out the other activities arranged through the lodge (walking with elephants comes to mind). The lodge is easy to find, not too big and very private.
