Situated on a private bushveld farm and perched high above the distant village of Magaliesburg, Stone Hill offers high quality, pet friendly accommodation in 7 top-class, fully equipped and luxurious self-catering timber cottages, accommodating from 2 to 8 guests each.

All have open plan lounges, fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms and full bathrooms. There are LCD TV’s with selected DStv channel in all of the units. Each cottage is fenced, has a large verandah and braai area and each is spaced far apart from the next cottage and is completely private.

In winter we keep you comfortable, warm and cozy with electric blankets and indoor log fireplaces!

Stone Hill offers high end self-catered accommodation, is family and pet friendly and we welcome children of all ages, and all breeds of house trained and socialized dogs and other pets. Each cottage and its garden is entirely encompassed by a fence for your pet’s safety. The small splash pool is within easy reach of the cottages and the view down the valley is breathtaking.

For the romantics, the Jacaranda Honeymoon Garden Suite with DStv, is in a separate wing next to the main house, accommodating a maximum of 2 guests. Only small / medium dogs are permitted. Newly renovated for self catering, the option of bed & breakfast can be pre-arranged.

We have introduced a 5 km walking trail where you can fully experience the peace and tranquility of the veld in the Magaliesberg and your dog(s), can run unleashed.

The magical aura of Stone Hill and the Magaliesberg, ensures that any small self-catering function (engagements, birthdays, weddings or even farewell functions) will be well remembered.
