Located in the centre of Storms River Village on the edge of the Tsitsikamma Forest the Village Lodge and Flashpackers is a 4 star, self-catering facility for individuals, families and groups.

Individual private and family rooms plus upmarket group accommodation units (all with en-suite bathrooms) are available for the discerning informal traveller. Communal self-catering facilities are available in the lodge and also in a large covered lapa adjacent to the main building.

The lodge kitchen is farmhouse style and fully equipped with all self-catering requirements; the spacious covered lapa has a large braai area plus additional cooking facilities and equipment, honesty fridge, pool table and comfortable furniture. Roll-down screens and wood fired heating create a cosy candle-lit atmosphere in the lapa during cooler weather whilst the open aspect in summer is a favourite with most clients.

DSTV is available in the guest lounge, and dining areas are situated both inside the lodge and outside in the lapa and garden. The spacious gardens are a year-round delight and secure parking is available within the grounds for clients' cars.

Being centrally located the lodge is close to all local amenities and activities; for those who prefer to eat out there are a number excellent restaurants within a very short walk. Forest walks and hikes, tree canopy tours, zip-lining and horse riding are just a few of the local activities and Storms River Mouth is just a short drive away on the dramatic coastline.

Special arrangements are available for those hiking the nearby Otter Trail, including a special discount, transfers to and from the trail and free parking.
