* A 50% deposit secures reservation. Deposits are payable within 5days and are non- refundable
* The balance of accommodations is payable on arrival
* Guests are liable for breakage/damages etc. to be settled on presentation of our invoice
* Owners/Managers will not be liable for any loss of injury on the premises
* Rates are subject to change without prior notice

Cancellation Policy

3 months before stay date: 90% of deposit is refundable.
1 month before stay date: 60% of deposit is refundable.
2 weeks before stay date: 30% of deposit is refundable.
1 week before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.
