Taxes and Extras

CHILDREN'S POLICY:
Children under the age of 18 (max 2 per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a Bed Only basis, if sharing with one or two adults, but will be charged for meals. Children occupying their own room will be charged the full adult rate. Children between the ages 0-2, no charge and children aged 3-12, 50% of the applicable rate per meal per day.

Cancellation Policy

* All cancellations should be given in writing.
* More that 60 days prior to the arrival at the hotel, cancellation of amendment of tour.
* 45 - 60 days prior to the arrival at the hotel, 10% of rooms in holding without any
cancellation fee. If more than 10% of rooms are canceled, a charge equivalent to the
full accommodation portion for the full period of stay.
* Less than 45 days, a full cancellation fee will be charged, this will be reduced if
canceled rooms are sold by the hotel.
