Cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to arrival date and based on deposit paid: Within 7 days - 100% (21 days in high season) Within 14 days - 75% Within 21 days - 50% Within 28 days - 25% Accommodation fee paid is refundable ONLY if rooms are booked out again. Should we therefore book out all rooms again, you will receive the balance of your money back.
