CHILDREN'S POLICY:
Children under the age of 12 (max 1 child per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a Bed Only basis if sharing with one or two adults, but will be charged for meals. Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate. Subject to availability of family rooms; children aged 0-2, no charge. Children aged 3-12, 50% of the applicable rate per meal per day. This policy does no apply to room service meals.
PARAPLEGIC ROOMS:
We have 2 paraplegic rooms available which can accommodate 2 persons in each room. Please inquire about rates and availability.

* All cancellations should be given in writing.
* More that 60 days prior to the arrival at the hotel, cancellation of amendment of tour.
* 45 - 60 days prior to the arrival at the hotel, 10% of rooms in holding without any
cancellation fee. If more than 10% of rooms are canceled, a charge equivalent to the
full accommodation portion for the full period of stay.
* Less than 45 days, a full cancellation fee will be charged, this will be reduced if
canceled rooms are sold by the hotel.
