Cancellation Policy

a 10% of room rate is due if cancelled 30 days prior arrival date to cove admin cost.
a 50% of room rate is due if cancelled between 15 & 30 days prior arrival date.
a 75% of room rate is due if cancelled between 14 & 7 days prior arrival date
a 100% of room rate is due if cancelled within 7 days prior arrival date or 'No show".
