Every establishment listed on TravelGround is important to us, and this why we assign you a Personal Contact at TravelGround. This means no bureaucracy or waiting in telephone queues, you can deal with one person who cares about you and your business.
Intuitive booking process
Once a customer finds your page on TravelGround and sends you a booking enquiry:
1 - You receive the enquiry via E-mail with an optional SMS alert. 2 - You log into TravelGround to offer the customer a quote. You can customise your prices and cancellation policy for every booking individually, make the quote valid for a time period of your choice, and request a suitable deposit. You then hold the room open for the agreed dates. 3 - If the customer accepts the quote within the specified time period they pay online with their credit card. 4 - You receive a booking confirmation via E-mail with an optional SMS alert. 5 - TravelGround then pays you the balance of the deposit less our commission and the guest pays the balance upon arrival. How much does it cost?
We charge 15% commission for any reservations confirmed through the site, and a once-off R200 activation fee.
The activation fee is charged simply to cover the administration of adding you to our website, and is NOT a recurring payment. We do not require any annual or monthly listing fee, and you never have to pay for unconfirmed booking enquiries. We only charge commission on confirmed reservations that actually happen. So our interests are aligned... we don't earn anything unless you are receiving bookings! Secure bookings for you and the customer
Deposits are made through TravelGround's secure connection to Paygate (an authorised credit card payment system operator) linked to Standard Bank's Merchant Services.
Risk free
Because TravelGround only charges commission, we only make money by bringing you business. This is a simple motivation that guarantees that we take your business seriously. If, however, you ever choose to de-list, you can do so on your Dashboard at the click of a button.
Our enquiry based system also means that listings are obligation free - you never have to commit to being available. If you can't accommodate the business, you can turn it away, but when you want the guests we will send them your way. Sign up below ↓ |
