Amathole District accommodation. This very exciting 4x4 trail is situated on the banks of the Thomas River. Awake to the Fish Eagle's call and the birds chirping in the trees. Watch the otters feasting on fish between the reads or enjoy your morning coffee in the company of those charing this spectacular scenery with you. This trail is clearly sign-posted for a self drive, but you can hire a guide. The difficulty varies between 2 to 4 with a Diff Lock Ally of 5. Some of the aminals that can be spotted on this trial is mountain reedbok, kudu, bushbok and blue wildebeest.
Some other activities available: fishing, hiking, quad biking, mountain biking, swimming and canoeing.
