Welcome to the Haute Cabriere information page - in addition to guides like this post we also list a great selection of hotels, B&B's, guesthouses and self-catering establishments. Please check out our Franschhoek page if you're looking for
Franschhoek accommodation. The experience at Haute Cabriere typifies what Franschhoek is all about - good food, good wine and good relaxation. The estate features one of the 30 odd restaurants in the region, while the wine bears an obvious French influence (it is simply fantastic!).
However, the experience that sets this estate apart from others in the region is the cellar tour. Not only is the cellar open for functions, but any tour ends with a bottle of the estates own spectacular sparkling wine being opened by sabrage (a technique where a bottle is open by a sabre slicing cleanly through the neck of the bottle).
In addition to attraction guides TravelGround also has a perfect selection of
South Africa accommodation. Take a look!
