Durban accommodation. Phezulu Safari Park is a popular tourist attraction located in Botha’s Hill, near to the city of Durban. This diverse destination is aimed at educating visitors about Zulu culture as well as local wildlife, all set in a park that has a breathtaking views of the Valley of a Thousand Hills.
The Phezulu Village has entertained many tourists over the years, as visitors are allowed to tour the homes of the Gasa clan, enjoy cultural artifacts and learn about the traditions of the local people. The highlight here is certainly the music and traditional dancing.
The park also offers short game drives where you can learn about the local wilderness and may see wildebeest, impala, blesbok, zebra and giraffe. The PheZulu Snake Park is also a fantastic way to broaden your knowledge of the area in an entertaining way. Braver visitors can stroke the non-venomous snakes, or dine with crocodiles.
Once you are done enjoying the diverse outdoor options, shopping at the local souvenir shop, or having a slice of cake on the patio of the tea shop can round off you day very nicely.
