"Beaufort West is a great place to stop on the trip to and from Cape Town. There is not many dinner restaurant options, but the Spur is decent and the Wimpy is standard if you're looking for somewhere familiar."

Beaufort as bestemming is egter die moeite werd en ek sal aanbeveel dat reisigers die moeite doen om by oom Piet Chops se slaghuis te stop en die beste gepryste Karoo-lam en wors vir die kole aan te skaf, deur die Chris Barnard Museum loop en definitief 'n besoek aan die Karoo Nasionale Park meemaak."
