"It is lovely and peaceful but very much in the middle of no where. No big shops around so one needs to be prepared for making your own meals. "

The Kingdom Resort"Awesome. We had inclement weather the whole stay, none the less we went on a game drive in the rain and saw amongst all the other game in the reserve the hippos, buffalo, rhino, cheetahs, leopards, but unfortunately no elephants ─ better luck next time. The Pilanesberg Nature reserve has a variety of fauna and flora and is definitely worth a visit or a stay."

"Bojanala is a tremendous travel destination, one of my favourites, mostly because of the outdoors, the nature, the mountains, rivers and relative peacefulness in the area. The one thing I don't enjoy and wish they would scrap is the awfully expensive N4 Bakwena Toll, which makes me think twice every time I want to visit the area. Imagine how much business is lost to the region because this toll puts prospective visitors off. I tend to try to go on holiday where there is no toll road. "
"The roads are quite hectic by local standards and are not properly marked as far as speed limits go, yet many fixed speed traps are found along the road. The nearby surrounding areas really don't offer much, so there's no room for sightseeing or other activities. If you're purely going for resting then this is a great place to do so."
