"I would not return to this area as I expected more to do and there is very little available."
"Williston het my verwagtinge oortref.
Geldmaakbesigheid sonder bestuur."
"Bucket list experience. Augrabies Nature Reserve is stunning and worthwhile exploring, offering more than just a waterfall. Astonishing to see the dependencies of the area and its places on the mighty Orange River which sustains the area's economy. The vineyards in bloom make it look exceptionally green, like an oasis in a desert, stunning."
"Found the museum interesting. Tasty food and very good service at Blaue Naartjie restaurant. As with the Karoo in general, restaurant prices 75% of Cape Town's for similar dishes."
"Quaint town, quiet and tidy. Some wonderful old houses, all very neat. Well worth a visit."
"A visit to the museum, the largest in the Northern Cape. Highly recommended! The town has a rich Jewish history and the dedicated staff must be commended for their dedication to preserving the history of the area."
"Many attractions. Close to quiet little towns, the Atlantic Ocean and Nature reserves. Cape/Namibia route is a scenic route with stunning passes. Green Kalahari, Namaqua land and Richtersveld within reach. Close to Augrabies Falls."
"A visit to the MOTH, Clyde N. Terry Hall of Militaria is a must visit if you are interested in militaria and military history. The displays are awesome."
